The coaching journey can be a transformative process.

Coaching is a collaborative process that helps clients set and achieve their goals. A coach is a guide who empowers clients to find their own solutions, build confidence, and make positive changes both in the present and future. Coaching helps shine a light on each client, providing insight and support through the journey of self-discovery.

Coaching may dip into past challenges in order to support the client move forward but it will not dwell in previous traumas. Coaching is not the same as therapy.

Time Commitment

Recommended is a series of six one to one sessions spanning around 6 months. This provides space and time to explore the client’s needs and establish an inspiring pathway towards their goals. One, or a few, stand alone sessions may also an option.

Sessions are usually online via Zoom.
